Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I work on the marketing team for a med device corporation with a significant sized sales force. We use EZ Texting to send information to our sales force to help drive them to other resources on our internal platforms and our website. It helps to eliminate the number of emails we are sending out, which often get muted and go unacknowledged.

The carrier registration process was very difficult and was constantly told that it was out of EZ Texting's control. The process took over a month to pass verification after I was told is usually takes one business day. The communication was not great, but in the end it all worked out okay.

Alternatives Considered

I decided to use EZ Texting as it was the platform my counter parts were also using. I personally did not do additional research into other platforms that would have also been a viable option.

EZ Texting is well suited for sending to mass amounts of people and budget is not necessarily a concern. If you are sending to only a few people or have a smaller budget, a different text platform or just doing it individually may be more ideal.
