Overall Satisfaction with Flowlu

Hello we are using Flowlu throughout the entire company to support a particular market segment. Certain repetitive tasks require data entry, monitoring, and tracking. These steps are easy for staff to overlook and we have been seeking tools to automate as much as possible to streamline processes, increase consistency in service, speed up delivery and remove human error.

It is really difficult to find the right fit as far as automation because many solutions are not true automation and rather are semi automation wherein a human still needs to push buttons. It is our goal to remove as much of the button pushing as possible. We are still evaluating Flowlu as it compares to the other solutions.

There is a learning curve to start using this product, so I have picked it up and set it down many times on this journey to get it up and running. However I am pleased with the results so far and encourage other users to press on and get it set up.
There's a great active online community for Flowlu users across various industries. I have enjoyed learning about the many features available and the ways other folks are using this system. Many helpful responses for common issues can be found there. I have not needed to contact official Flowlu support yet.
We are using Flowlu for its automations and would love to have more integrations with our existing products. The current offerings for client payments are quite limited. LawPay and Headnote are not supported. We are going to make that suggestion and in the meantime are making use of links for those products.
