Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I love Gong! It's great to be able to truly listen on sals calls instead of focus being taken away by trying to write down notes. The analysis showing the talk ratio is also really helpful as a rep looking to improve on my active listening skills.

- Transcript available to quicky search for key words or phrases
- Ability to send snippets of calls internally when I have a technical question
- Password protect recording links
- Recording insights: Who watched, how long did they watch, etc
- Sales / marketing alignment
- Improves ability to cross-sell by sharing recordings internally
Yes, I like the analysis of talk ratio. Would be really cool to have insights into recordings that are watched, for how long, and by who.
