Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong is used to reviewing calls to better analyze discussions, reconfirm challenges shared by the customer, and identify critical needs. These calls are easily sortable by the speaker, as well as where keywords are mentioned. Gong also provides the analytics around how much each attendee speaks to easily find the discussion points you're looking for. My boss also uses these recordings for employee development, and to catch up on a client prior to a next call/negotiation.

  • Identifying keywords mentioned in a call to easily locate where specific discussions to place
  • Tying back to salesforce to easily find the associated link to update notes.

I find it very easy to access the key data that I'm looking for within Gong. This includes the percentage of audience members are speaking during the call, and the key areas of the discussion such as price, challenges, next steps, etc. This helps me hone into what the customer is looking for, and ultimately shorten my sales process.

Gong is extremely useful in making sure I capture all of the client's needs and challenges following a call. It's also great in identifying areas of opportunity or improvement. I also love the ability to find calls from experienced colleagues to be able to learn from. These recordings can also be sent to clients in a number of ways.
