Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong is used to understanding competencies and improvements in our client-facing calls. This addresses our ability to improve our sales practices and increase efficiency. Everyone on our sales team uses and we also listen to our colleague's calls to learn from their experiences.

Some search functionality and organization could be improved around tagging and such.
Incredibly helpful to get a standpoint of where our best performers are and see where clients are most active and receptive in conversations.

Gong is great for tracking calls, love being able to listen to a call without having to take notes. Much better to go back and analyze after the call.
