Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong to record all customer meetings. From our first discovery call to demos and all the way to closing. We can share with colleagues, clients. go back and listen to previous calls to see if we missed anything. Then there is the analytics about the deals. Being able to see why and how we win deals, what makes a deal more successful.

Yes, Gong has some of the best insights I have seen in the business. from little things like call duration and Interaction to trackers all give great insight into what I am doing as a salesperson and compared to the rest of the team. Being able to understand what I am saying and how many people impact my deals has been a huge help in recognizing a good deal or a not-so-good deal.
