Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong to record demos and discovery calls and gain insight into our sales activities. Being a remote sales team, Gong allows us insight into the entire sales organization. Managers use Gong to review calls and offer suggestions. Team members use Gong to pick up best techniques from other teammates.

The AI Insights have proven somewhat helpful and interesting. I wouldn't say these insights are groundbreaking revelations, though. Basic analysis like talk ratio and pauses are tracked, which is helpful but should be considered basic functionality. The transcription functionality is probably the best I have ever experienced, but it is still not perfect.
