Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We use Gong in our organization primarily for our sales team. Gong helps us meet and scale up to several business needs of ours which mainly include but are not limited to sales enablement in terms of coaching our sales teams, analyzing the messaging, objection handling, and engagement with our prospects and customers, and also track and monitor the different performance indicators we have in our process.

Gong deserves a high rating when it comes to providing valuable insights without any added work from the users as it implements artificial intelligence to analyze the meetings and identify the keywords required by the organization to be included in the conversation from handling objections to stressing key messaging. It also analyses the ratio of speaking to listening so as to show if the user was too engaged that they did not leave a chance for the other party to speak or the other way around.
Gong delivers advanced and accurate Artificial Intelligence insights to help our team learn about our customers and close deals by (1) breaking down the conversation by speaker, demo, and slides so we can easily jump to a specific portion of the conversation and (2) transcribe the meeting so the sales team is only focused on the conversation and nothing else (3) aligning conversations with organizations metrics via creating scorecards to rate each meeting accordingly
Gong is more user-friendly and offers better insights and capabilities when it comes to reporting, Artificial Intelligence-based features, team enablement, and collaboration and integration with third-party platforms.

Gong is very well suited for ramping up newly hired sales personnel in terms of bringing them up to speed on any organization's key messaging and engagement with prospects and potential customers by providing meeting recordings with transcription capabilities and leveraging artificial intelligence to make sure the right keywords are being utilized by the team.
