I use Gong for call recording, call analytics, note taking, thematic analysis, pipeline review, and more. The main thing I use Gong for is call recordings and note taking. It allows me to spend more time face to face with the customer, and listen to the call later for notes. From there, I share the recording with the prospect for them to have. I also use Gong for pipeline management

One of Gong's most powerful tools is recommendations on how you can better improve your calls to close more deals. It will let you know your filler words, patience, talk time, longest monologue, how many questions your asking, and based on the results, give you detailed recommendations on what you should do to improve.
Gong has helped us understand what topics are coming up the most, which competitors are being talked about, and what our customers are saying. It does thematic analysis to let us know the current trends on the call, who is saying what, and what we should and should not talk about.
