Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong to record all of our customer and prospect calls. It's so helpful to not have to furiously take notes in all my calls. It's a must have for me as a seller for prospect conversations and to manage my existing customer accounts! It's great for getting coaching from my manager, sharing product feedback/voice of the customer with our product team, and quickly getting up to speed when transitioning accounts or opportunities, or old closed lost opps.

The topic identification is usually pretty accurate, but not always. There seems to be a bit of noise in some of their recommendations for deal / opportunity management today but I'm sure it will get better over time
