Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We use Gong to record our sales calls and demos to track what was discussed without having to manually take notes and potentially miss important info.
Salespeople have to keep track of a lot of information to do their jobs effectively and Gong ensures we have a single place to access all relevant information about a deal.

Cons
- Transcriptions not 100% accurate
- Salespeople ramp faster
Gong AI is pretty good. It doesn't always quite capture the nuances, like many AI tools, but it seems to be getting better. AI generated follow up emails with action items, next steps etc - save a lot of time.
