We use Gong in a variety of ways from onboarding, coaching, utilizing alerts and trackers to initiative boards.
We want to make sure we are adhering to recommended best practices and quickly course correcting situations that may not be optimal.
Using some of the reporting capabilities have allowed us to measure adoption of new initiatives/products and how we are positioning such to prospects and customers.
