Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I utilize Gong daily to record my calls. It allows me to be fully present and not constantly feel like I'm missing valuable notes. It is also so easy to look up key words from previous conversations, which is an unbelievable time-saver when you are trying to put together an EBR or even just your next call.

- Occasionally words are not correctly transcribed.
- For me personally, it is a huge time saver.
- Serves as an excellent source of record.
I have not leveraged the specific insights feature heavily yet, but I would like to explore this more. Especially if summaries can be provided that express sentiment over a period of recorded calls.
Yes, because I am always able to go back and determine what each customer thought about whatever topic was discussed.
