Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I use Gong to capture call recordings, find pain points, and summarize all calls I have. I enjoy using it for note taking within our other software and love looking at the stats. It can track your activities as well as track your teams activity. I like to see where I stand next to the competition in terms of my responsiveness and question rate.
Pros

Cons
- Quicker analyzation time.
- Reminding me of the follow-ups from the call.
- Being able to go back and listen to rate my calls.
It shows the response rate and searches for buzzwords like risk or cancel. Helps identify risk very well.
I use it for multiple markets. However, it is nice to show a record of how all calls are going YOY.
