Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I use Gong to capture call recordings, find pain points, and summarize all calls I have. I enjoy using it for note taking within our other software and love looking at the stats. It can track your activities as well as track your teams activity. I like to see where I stand next to the competition in terms of my responsiveness and question rate.

Pros

  • Call Transcribing.
  • Call summary.
  • Finding Pain Points.

Cons

  • Quicker analyzation time.
  • Reminding me of the follow-ups from the call.
  • Being able to go back and listen to rate my calls.
It is very easy to use and navigate just by playing around with it.
It shows the response rate and searches for buzzwords like risk or cancel. Helps identify risk very well.
I use it for multiple markets. However, it is nice to show a record of how all calls are going YOY.

Love the call summary as it is easy to forget everything you went over in a call. Also makes it easy for a manager to review if they need to!
