Overall Satisfaction with Gong
Use Gong to analyze calls and meetings. After the calls we can request coaching and look at analytics to see how we did and see what areas we need to improve on. Gong has also helped me as I do not need to take notes in meetings anymore and can focus on the conversation I am having.

Gong has provided me with accurate and actionable insights and has helped me easily see what was said in the call. One of the most important tools in Gong is how easy it is to find the call you are looking for.
Chorus was hard to us, tricky to request feedback, lack of tools to analyze calls and collaborate. One of the worst aspects of Chorus was how hard it was to find the call you were looking for.
