  • Detailed capture and clear summary of qual notes.
  • Needs to get the name correctly 0 read this from the email maybe?
  • Pre call highlights/points to note - get inputs from gainsight or SFDC.
  • Same time by 20 min per call.
  • Increased revenue.
It makes life so much more efficient and simpler. Being more organized from a sales organization perspective allows one to attend to more customers in one day.

I genuinely miss using Vidyard. It would build a personal bond with the customer without even having them on the call. I wish Gong could allow us to do what Vidyard does.
