GONG IS A GAME CHANGER

Gong is used to track interactions across our accounts. Calls explicitly with customers and email correspondence. It helps us quickly research accounts in our book of business and outside of our book. We can use Gong's AI capabilities to quickly summarize calls and account details within seconds, cutting down research and note-taking time to allow us more time back in our day for other high-priority tasks. The follow-up email generation has helped us save hours in email creation for our accounts post calls.

So far, yes! The AI insights have been accurate for the most part and have made it easy and efficient for me to gather the info I need for a particular call or account as a whole quickly.

I have not had to use Gong for this as of yet.
