Overall Satisfaction with Gong
Gong is used in several different departments. However, the product team accesses it as a way to collect user feedback, particularly from the sales funnel. We want to know what our customers are saying and what the key topics are and be able to segment our roadmap in a way that addresses the needs of those we want to serve, not just the qualified ICP users. Gong is great at being able to share across the company the direct words of the customer. I love the snippets, the search-ability of key words, being able to add triggers that will summarize a lot of information in a few steps and overall just the ability to share it amongst my team. Overall, I would recommend GONG to any company that wants to elevate shared customer knowledge effectively.

Cons
- Thematic search might be cool.
- Reporting could use some work.
- Understanding of locked conversations might be helpful.
- Time savings.
- This is an added expense so not always supportable.
- Collaboration supportive.
We haven't used this feature much.
We've used this on a case-by-case basis. This does require more in-depth analysis, Not a lot of quantitative analysis for how we use it
