Overall Satisfaction with

We use to analyze sales, implementation, and customer success calls with prospects and customers. Our RevOps and sales teams also use it to review opportunities and pipeline management with Gong's deal boards. The ability to see statistics and search for certain topics within the calls is important for us for internal coaching purposes. We also organize sales-specific calls in our library by stage in pipeline for training purposes, especially for new hires.

Yes is well suited for call recording and coaching based on those calls. There are a lot of instances where it can be utilized for training both seasoned reps and new hires. The deal board functionality also helps raise red flags in pipeline management where deals may be slipping. An area where does not currently help us is revenue forecasting. While the deal boards help uncover gaps and are customizable to a degree, we have not utilized them to really look at forecasting revenue yet.
