Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
We use Gong.io to analyze sales, implementation, and customer success calls with prospects and customers. Our RevOps and sales teams also use it to review opportunities and pipeline management with Gong's deal boards. The ability to see statistics and search for certain topics within the calls is important for us for internal coaching purposes. We also organize sales-specific calls in our library by stage in pipeline for training purposes, especially for new hires.
