Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I'm on the customer success side of the business where sharing customer calls internally and externally are paramount. It's easy to do so with Gong but what really separates Gong is how easily the software analyzes my calls. If I ever need to refer back to a call, Gong makes it easy to navigate to where in the conversation I need to look. The AI analysis is super accurate and makes it easy to parse through to get where I need to go when rewatching specific segments.

I needed very little training to get started on the platform. the software does so much work automatically where all I have to do is have the call itself then check back in an hour later and it's fully analyzed. The call analysis is done in a way it's super easy to navigate to a point in the conversation to which you'd like to reference.
The transcript analysis and summarization is what I mainly use the AI for. I think it's 8/10 accurate but done well enough that it's usable and provides actionable insight. The software provides enough bullet points that will then allow you to drill deeper if needed back into the call.
In my line of business I need to keep tabs on constant customer feedback and it's not always so simple when receiving feedback on a live call. The Gong AI allows me to compare my live note taking to what the software was able to summarize for me. On more than one occasion the software was able to capture a bit of information that slipped my own note taking.
Gong has a much better user interface. The deliverables created by Gong from call analysis is much more insightful and much easier to digest as a user. Summarizing data is a huge time save but only saves time if it's coherent, fast, and actionable and Gong was able to deliver on that where the aforementioned products were not, at least not reliably.

perfect for maintaining a library that you can easily parse through.
