Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I use it to record external meetings with customers. This includes sales calls, setup calls, and other types of calls. Gong enables me to review past meetings to retrieve the information I need easily. Sometimes, I will review the full call; other times, I will use the transcript tool and the AI summary tools to extract specific information I need without having to watch the entire call. It's also an incredible tool for getting caught up on a customer. If I'm assigned to an account, I can easily go back and listen to all the calls other people at my organization have had with that customer to get up to speed.

Gong is highly usable. It has a very intuitive UI that makes it extremely easy for me to find the calls I need and extract the information I need from those calls. It allows me to get insights faster than any tool I have used in the past. I've never had any issue figuring out how to use the tool or anything like that.
The AI is shockingly accurate. Not only are the call transcripts exact in terms of transcribing the words spoken, but the AI summaries are usually exact in noting the topics and themes of the call, and the fact that they provide links to specific timestamps for each topic makes it super easy to comb through and get what you need.
Yes! It allows me to look back on calls with specific customers, remember what was discussed, and tie together key themes across multiple customers. The fact that all this information is in one place makes it extremely easy for me to gain a better understanding of trends with specific customers and across customer categories.
Gong is much better! It integrates itself with other systems and workflows more smoothly, has more features (transcription, AI summaries, and so on), and has a more intuitive user interface. Setting it up was also much easier than has been true for almost any other piece of software I've used.

Gong does what I need to do without me having to think about it at all. It records the calls I need to record, cuts out blank space at the beginning and end of those calls, has a super accurate call transcript, groups the calls by customer the way I need and makes it super easy to search through past calls, and has AI summary tools that make it so I can find exactly what I need without having to comb through. Gong makes me exponentially better at my job. I am very grateful to have it as a tool.
