Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong help me to understand what I need to improve as a salesperson in the same time I have a huge tool to manage my follow ups using AI to create resumes and next steps messages for all my meetings. This platform is mandatory for any sales teams who wants to reach better results.

The outlook extension is horrible and needs to be improved. Sometimes you believe the invite is right and discover a few minutes before that you sent two or three different zoom links. The connection with CRM and the user dashboard are very nice tools and make things easier for the salesperson.
I use all Gong insights during my job and it's a strong tool to use AI to find the best way to close my deals. All the insights are relevant and the algorythm is very accurate to get feeling perceptions some times you can't have by your own, it's the smartest partner you could have.
Not everytime because I work with the fitness industry and information comes by a lot of alternative ways, but it helps me a lot to understand what's happening with the person I'm talking and summerize all the topics we spoke about. The feeling perception is extremely accurate and sometimes it's a game changer.
Gong stacks all that platforms because use the best of AI to give you a lot of amazing insights of your past calls and helps you to write FUP e-mails and other stuff that consumes a lot of time from a salesperson. Gong will help you to find your best version as a salesperson and eliminate a lot of tasks in the same solution.

Gong will help any inside and field sales teams, but will works better if you have a SaaS product and uses a good CRM like Salesforce. The integration with Salesforce works very well, but outlook extension is horrible. Sometimes I try to book a meeting using Gong and it creates a lot of different links. You need to make sure you erased all zoom links before add a Gong meeting to the invite.
