Overall Satisfaction with Gong
I use Gong primarily for the call recording and call follow-up functionalities. I also use it for personal coaching and understanding any gaps I may have within my calls. For example, understanding the level of patience and interactivity on my calls.
We also do our forecasting on Gong which has been really smooth and painless.
Overall, it is a massive time saver for me and the rest of my team.

I use the AI features within Gong quite extensively. For example, before I send any follow-up email, I will check the summary and key actions within Gong.
There is also a great feature where you can send follow-up emails directly from Gong and it does a solid job there too.
