Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We use Gong to record, memorialize, and summarize our external calls. This helps us to stay organized with meeting data and allows us to be caught up with our customer or prospect's issues/statuses

  • Recording meetings
  • Summarizing meetings
  • Housing meetings in a way that is easy to search, filter, etc.

Cons

  • Translating
  • AI capabilities
  • Time savings
  • Greater alignment with our customers and prospect
  • Greater alignment that leads to closed deals
It's very user friendly
Unfortunately, the AI insights have not been useful to me thus far
It helps me to keep track of what more customers will ask for in my own product (or what they don't like), so I can unlock trends. I usually do this in a separate google sheet though
