Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Using to record, play back, and follow along user interviews or sales conversations within my org. Rely a lot on transcript, adjusting playback speed, and looking at key highlights in order to get a sense of what the video is about. Utilize search function a lot to look for relevant people or companies.

  • Easy to share knowledge
Through different key moments, transcripts, and summaries along each video, it's easy to tell what happened during a call, how to get to a certain section of the video, and even playing the video through faster if you'd like to listen to most things without devoting so much time to it.
AI summaries are never perfect. The sentiments and summaries are always more like guiding lights or signals worth checking into once you're already looking at the video, but never perfectly trustworthy. I wouldn't use them solely on their own. Most things are pretty accurate, though.
I don't really think Gong does this for me.
Granola is the only one. It's so much easier since it runs on its own, but my company doesn't pay for it.

Extremely easy recording, no hassle with getting a recording going the way you may have to with Zoom Recorder, much more intuitive and easy to use UI than Zoom Recorder once you're in. Then, easy to view transcripts, find calls, and review summaries or key moments within a video. Only wish it were as easy as Granola without needing to have a participant.
