Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We in the Sales org use Gong to have a central repository of all conversations that have taken place with customers. Gong also helps use AI to ask specific questions within an account. Gong has been invaluable for having streamlined and action-oriented conversations with customers.
Pros
- Account Handovers
- Minutes of meeting
- Creating follow up emails after a meeting
- Training of new team members
Cons
- sometimes when joining a meeting where I have to invite Gong to join through its email address.
- Time saving
- Greater internal alignment
- Training
I think Gong is better in every measurable metric:-
1. Transcribing
2. Delivering post-call action items
3. Creating follow-up emails after calls.
4. Going over historic calls.
5. Searching an account through the last calls to find relevant details.
6. User-friendly UI/UX
