I use Gong to keep track of my calls with brands. It helps me take notes and allows me to focus on the conversation I'm having with people instead of constantly jotting down notes. I can also watch the recording and use the tools to find the part of the call I need, as well as find relevant topics and main ideas or tasks to complete after each call.It allows me to identify and remember issues to resolve, as well as updates that arise regarding the same conversation. This helps with proactive and ongoing follow-up.

Gong has helped me go back to the call using AI highlight which avoids me listening to unnecessary info and saving time. I can also have access to specific information in the notes created by AI. It also gives me a to-do list after each meeting and offers updates on tasks that have already been completed and discussed in follow-up calls.
Since Recordings are handy I can easily find common issues happening across clients issues and quickly escalate them to make sure they are solved
