Overall Satisfaction with Gong

I use it to record meetings, understand sentiment and feedback of my clients from previous calls, reference other conversations from my organization, and use the AI tools for the transcription and summarization of the phone calls. I also use Gong to monitor the ARR and ROI of the calls that are taking place, as well as understand the contract timeline of client engagements.

Gong is very intuitive. I did not have to spend any time with onboarding, I was able to get right up to speed with the technology and begin to utilize it's features. The Gong main page has a good user interface and I like the way that the side bar is setup to organize it's features.
Yes Gong has provided me with accurate and actionable insights that allow me to track the pipeline, associate calls and customer interacts with each deal, and allow me to reference the level of effort required to close deals of a variety of sizes. It's benefited me a lot by saving me time and allowing me to allocate that to other more important tasks.
Since I have the transcriptions, I'm able to ask the AI for summarizations on how the sentiment has shifted over time or how the conversation has adapted with changing client needs. I'm also able to index all conversations for information on one topic which has helped to associate accounts that normally would not have been.

I use Gong to have a centralized location to store my notes and previous calls from my client engagements. I also use Gong if i need to get caught up to speed quickly on the past performance and conversations from a contract. I dont think Gong should be used for project management, but as a tool to organize notes and historical conversations.
