Overall Satisfaction with Gong
As a BDR, I use Gong to review calls with clients. Gong helps me summarize calls with it's AI tools and gives me the chance to learn more techniques and information about my company and how I can improve my performance by letting me listen to other BDR calls as well.
Pros
- AI generated summaries/notes
- Notes in specific segments of a call
- Able to analyze others conversations
Cons
- Gong could be a bit more streamlined with information on CRM tools. Not everything on Gong aligns with my hubspot accurately
- I wouldn't know the impact Gong had on ROI but it definitely is a great training tool for the sales floor
The Ai insights has really helped save me time and energy analyzing calls or tracking down follow ups form leads. I feel prepared going into a cold call more than I would have without the Ai tools. It also makes my job easier when I update my notes on calls or on a client when Gong's AI summarizes and finds all the information for me within a call, without me having to relisten to the whole thing.
I've been able to listen to other people's calls through Gong and learn about insights with the art market and how people pitch current events so that I can apply it to my own calls
