Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

It is used by the sales team. Managers use it for coaching and to be able to get insights into rep's calls. Reps use it to analyze their calls to keep track of and have a recorded record of what they are doing and also to learn from past calls and insights provided by Gong.

Generally, I don't generate reports as I am an end-user. I just check my stats through the platform and jot down areas where I need to improve or keep doing what I am currently doing. Leadership and managers pull far more reports on team metrics to get a better understanding of how they are performing.
Gong.io is great for managers and leaders to help assist in coaching, and it is fantastic for reps who need to record calls as well as those who want to learn and improve skills.
