Overall Satisfaction with Google Ads

Google Ads lets us reach potential customers who are looking for a related software or just a term in general.
Google Ads let's us reach customers who didn't know we existed using the keywords that are relevant to our business.

Pros

  • Targeting potential customers
  • Flexibility for campaigns creation
  • Keyword targetting
  • Setting negative keywords
  • Broad reach through google network

Cons

  • In my experience, their recommendations are customised to each case. In my opinion, they only suggest spending more money
  • I think if you have a low budget your campaign wont perform well
  • In my opinion, account specialists are pretty bad
  • It takes a big part of our marketing budget
  • Brings better quality leads than Facebook
  • Campaigns do generate results
It's gives me better results than the other platforms, cause by setting up keywords that are relevant to my business I can really target people who are actively searching for the topic. This really filters leads and brings better results.
