I love Google Analytics. It's a free tool and fairly easy to understand once it's installed by a developer team. All my clients at the agency use Google Analytics to understand their web traffic

- Hard to install
- Can be challenging to find the information you are looking for
- Cannot look at specific users - data is aggregated
- Understand user behavior
- Allows us to reinvest in new content for top visited pages

Google Analytics is free while Adobe Analytics is really expensive
