Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive
We use Google Drive as a team to share files across the country between internal and external parties. Care does have to be taken not to share commercially sensitive data occasion, so the secure sharing settings are important to us.
The main functionality that is in use at the moment is the ability to collaborate on shared documents, particularly schedules that we are all working from.

- Sharing files and folders
- The integration between Drive and the other Google products (Sheets, Docs etc)
- The amount of free storage
- Desktop application could be better integrated into the Windows environment
- Increased functionality on the iPad app
- Choice on video data rates when uploading
- Positive - Streamlining collaboration is always a win.
- Positive - Integration with Sheets is a priority for us, and it's perfect.
Out of the all the ones listed above, the only one that comes close is Dropbox, and their storage and pricing are not as good. OneDrive, while you get a bucket load of free storage with a O365 subscription, has less functionality and integration options. iCloud and IDrive are frankly backup solutions, not collaboration solutions.
Google Drive remains the favourite due to functionality and ease of use.
