Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive
Google Drive is used as our hub of information. Documentation, such as contract templates, marketing resources, reporting, and internal-shared documents, are all held within Google Drive. It's an invaluable resource for our company, as we share and access data here on a daily basis. We essentially use Google Drive as our internal library of resources. Additionally, as a member of the customer service ream, I occasionally share google docs/sheets with clients for specific cases.
- It holds all internal documentation.
- Allows teams to access the same sheet to keep each other updated.
- Allows client services and clients to have a 'living document' available (for specific cases).
- I did not purchase this, so I'm not suited to answer.
I think Google Drive offered a bit more of a comprehensive way for all team members within our company to have the same level of access without incurring additional costs.
