Google Drive is the primary storage, sharing and collaboration tool for our entire organization. It has a high level of stability, accessibility, and ease of use. The ability to manage permissions and access makes it secure and support from Google is excellent. Being able to have tools to work and collaborate anywhere on any devices is important.

Google Drive is easy to use. Multiple ways to access it, share from it, and organize it. Shared folders help teams work effectively. The fact that it is available across operating systems and devices eliminates barriers to access. You can work anywhere, at any time. Having version histories helps if mistakes are made.

Support Rating

Google support is excellent. They have an extensive knowledge base to look for information. Their online and phone support is fast and efficient. If you encounter a situation where they can't get it fixed right away, they keep you updated. They take follow up and feedback seriously. You work with a team dedicated solely to the product.

OneDrive, Dropbox and Amazon Cloud Drive

Google Drive is far and away better than other products in cost and ease of use. When you add access to tools and easy collaboration, there really is no competition. Others are good for storage and sharing but not easy to collaborate in. Given the number of users Google has, it's really easy to share items with anyone without complications.
