Overall Satisfaction with Google Drive
Google Drive is used as the primary document-sharing tool within our organization. Each time has a shared location that they share and collaborate on documents that are needed across the team. Corporate templates are shared in a specific location to be used by anyone. Individuals are also encouraged to share their working documents in Google Drive. In the event of a hardware failure, no data would be lost.

- Feedback
- Could be easier to track when a document is shared, who it is shared with, and how to stop sharing.
- Could be easier to find large documents/save space.
- Automatic archiving and retention policies could be improved.

- Very cost-effective tool.
- Don't map ROI at this level.
- MS SharePoint and Dropbox
They can all do the basics equally well, storing and sharing documents. Google Drive is the best from an ease of use perspective. SharePoint is a little better in terms of user management. Dropbox has the best name recognition, but not all the features you will need. If you are a Microsoft shop, then SharePoint is slightly better integrated, I think Drive wins in every other category.
