I use google forms on my website to capture contact information from visitors that are interested in applying for a class a cdl truck driving job.

It helps me generate leads
It doesn't help me increase my response rate
It is easy and fast to create forms when needed

For strictly forms with data driven insights Google forms is the most efficient and hands down easiest choice to go with. It offers a ton of vast and robust features that helps with integrations and many more.

For the most part Google Forms offers valuable resources and tools to create forms. It also is easy to integrate with other applications and offers ad on features. However I feel it could improve on forms used for survey questions and or open end questions.

Sometimes it can be rather daunting to find help when needed with Google products.

Likelihood to Recommend

Google Forms is great when using it in a classroom setting or for capturing data on a website or blog posting. I feel it is less appropriate when using form for survey questions. Or trying to customize your on templates.
