Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms

I’ve been using Google Forms for years to send out to Clients. It’s been a great way to capture how we can best support our Clients. We have several surveys we send out and it’s great how simple the forms are to adjust as well as measure results. Highly recommend!

Excellent product that I found easy to use with very little effort. The built in question types cover every scenario I’ve needed.

It’s customizable and easy to use! We use it to capture specific ways we can help our clients. We then hold onto it as reference during the time we service the client to give them an experience that’s tailored to their preferences. I’ve even used it in surveys to tenants about service inquiries.
