Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
One of our satellite companies uses GoTo Connect as their enterprise phone system, with some usage for audio/video conferencing and screen share. It replaced Zoom for that BU, and we found it to be much more cost-effect and user friendly.
- Intuitive UI on/and admin portal - simple and clean interface
- Allowing for multiple users and phone extensions to staying connected even when out of the office
- Great Service and support especially at that price point
- GREAT VOIP quality
- Apple compatibility has been questionable
- The application upgrade cycle is really challenging. It introduces new features, but then breaks core feature
- Bugginess in the mobile apps
- Incredibly cost-effective
- Integrates with our other GoTo solutions
- Integrates with our Sales tech stack
Fairly well. We love it for VOIP service and audio/video conference calling, esp when basic screen sharing is required. However, it is not as of yet on par with virtual meeting solutions such as Teams or Zoom.
We use other solutions where deeper functionality, for both presenters and attendees, is required.

Better overall value, and overall superior user experience vs. feature set. Configuration has not been painless, but that's out IT folks pain. For users, once up and running the use of GoTo Connect has been really painless, and empowered them to communicate seamlessly with Customers and Prospects alike, at any time from anywhere3.
