Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
I use this to join and host business meetings or training sessions. This can be with other members of staff or new employees sometimes with staff from other companies. This allows me to have safe and easy to use virtual conversations from the comfort of my home or local office which relaying on everyone else to spend on travel for on site meetings

- HD video capacity meaning for sharp graphics
- can switch between phone and laptop
- Desktop and mobile apps have different features
- price is quite high
- Not well marketed
- Not everyone has it so cant be used for everyone meaning we still relay on teams
- saved on travel costs in high budget seasons
- inducted more new starts from home
You could do everything you needed to on the meeting. I used it mainly for training sessions so I needed to be able to speak, hear and showcase and I was able to do all of that on the system, the ease of use really helped me help others during the sessions
Teams seems more advanced and suited to bigger audiences, GoTo Connect seems like its a more basic version suited to smaller audiences. If you are looking to get started with an easy to use and full functioning meeting system with good audio visual then this is a great place to get started. Teams has the edge with more people comfortable on how to use this and some more in depth features
