Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We use GoTo Connect primarily for customer support. It easily cuts a PC or Mac support call down by 75% of calls without using support. We have used it to access remote computers but don't use it anymore. The GoTo support sessions are also great for training new customers on the systems they will be using.

- Remote access to machines in a pinch is great.
We use it for phones and support but not really for meetings or messaging. Those features are left to other platforms that the company prefers. The boss prefers Zoom meetings, so we predominantly use them for our meetings.
We prefer GoTo to TeamViewer. TeamViewer had a good recording feature, but that was the only advantage.
