Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We use it as our phone system. Our boss travels a lot, so the ability to have the cell phone app to take calls is very valuable. He also values having a physical desk set, so the fact that he can take one and plug it in wherever he's living is huge as well.
Pros
- Programming on admin portal is so easy.
- Very reliable.
- Support is usually really solid.
Cons
- More device config options.
- Copy and paste buttons from one device to another.
- Integrate more with other crms and other software.
- Cost savings vs what we were paying for copper lines.
- More efficient phone call answering.
- Ability to text people is huge!
Super easy! Callers can call, text, or use any other method, and video calls with live transcription, notes, and all that is very useful.
It was a touch cheaper, but Goto seemed to provide better value, better support, and seemed easier from a user perspective.
