Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We use GoTo Connect for our team of around 100 for daily communication via voice, text, and video. We also use the video feature for some external meetings. It is our primary way of communicating, with each staff member using it for several hours per day. It is used for both small and large internal meetings.
Pros
- Easy to create and adjust dial plans
- Admin portal is easy to use
- End-user application is user friendly
Cons
- Finding an account-level representative to help us was difficult
- We would like to see more customizable features in the user application, like the ability to add specific fields to the address book
- Adjusting the audio input and output can be difficult for end users
- It saves us time by allowing us to easily change configuration on our switchboard
Yes, we have had a great deal with ease when using the admin portal. When we do have questions, our account rep is very helpful at quickly answering them.
