Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We use GoTo Connect for our phone system. It replaced our old AT&T phone system. It is far less expensive, and has a ton more features. It also gives our company a more professional sound when someone calls our main line. It is very intuitive and easy to learn.

We only use the phone system now. We have not tried any of the meeting or messaging tools yet. The admin tool made it easy to set up all of the users and their profiles. I also like the visualization of the call tree.
We had Dialpad Connect for a short period, but it was not user friendly and did not operate properly for us. We could not get support from the seller, so we switched to GoTo Connect.
