Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We use GoTo Connect for our phone system. It replaced our old AT&T phone system. It is far less expensive, and has a ton more features. It also gives our company a more professional sound when someone calls our main line. It is very intuitive and easy to learn.

  • Administrator menus can be a bit confusing
  • Voicemail system feels antiquated
  • Cost savings from automated secretary
  • It's nice to have a record of all incoming and outgoing calls

It took a couple tries to get the WIFI set up correctly to work well with GoTo Connect. Once it was set up properly, it has been working well.
We only use the phone system now. We have not tried any of the meeting or messaging tools yet. The admin tool made it easy to set up all of the users and their profiles. I also like the visualization of the call tree.
We had Dialpad Connect for a short period, but it was not user friendly and did not operate properly for us. We could not get support from the seller, so we switched to GoTo Connect.

We switched from a very old phone system to GoTo Connect. All of the new features are great, and my older employees were able to easily figure out how to do all of the normal functions, such as call forwarding, voicemail setup, paging, etc. without any training. It would be nice to have an AI summary of all calls though.
