- Need to add scheduling in the AI Receptionist.

- If GoTo would focus on bringing value to customer they won't see customers leave.
GoTo has one the of best admin systems for getting a phone system up and running quickly.
GoTo Connect is easier to set up. GoTo has better technical support. I feel GoTo customer service is the best in the industry. GoTo does things much better than its competitors.
