Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We use GoTo Connect for incoming calls, call management, and texting. We appreciate being able to text using the software. The dashboard is easy to understand and compared to other systems I can control where my calls go with a click and drag. Other systems we have tried make re-routing calls a chore, but it's pretty simple when using GoTo Connect. I am also able to track missed calls and even record conversations if necessary.

Pros

Cons

  • Automatic verbiage on texts...that contains the legal opt out options
  • scheduling texts
  • text notifications on the computer
  • Setting phones last minute on holiday weekends is easy
  • We are able to respond personally to texts when they come in
  • User-friendly, so training a new person on the system is easy
There is always a learning curve, right? But I haven't encountered anything that I haven't been able to fix or find the answer to fix. Worst case scenario, I can always call customer service. I also like that I get an email if my phones at work go down; then I can login and forward the calls to my cell if the power is out at the office. It's a real life saver for business!
We don't use all of GoTo's options, but I am well aware of what is available to me should the application become necessary in the future. The package that I do have really does help my business run as smoothly as it can. Patients are directed to another number even on days we're closed if they have an urgent need. SUCH a great feature.

We tried a local service offering the 'same' package as GoTo, and it was a disaster. The ease of using the system is so nice; especially since it's pretty user friendly. If I don't know, I usually can figure it out. I wish the the holidays didn't have to be set by me every year, it would be nice if there was a default for major holidays, but I love that I can also control when those holidays are in the phone system.
