GoTo Connect is an excellent choice when you want attention to detail regarding integrations with SalesForce aa well as integrations with other common third party software. They have excellent engineers and sales support.

- Very appealing app and works well on all device types
- Great support
Cons
- Better pre and post sale support
- I wish GoTo Connect gave away free handsets
Excellent and easy
It's phenomenal and does everything IT teams want and then some. It's also very competively and fairly priced.
