Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

GoTo is our phone systems. It is great with all the flexible and routing all the phone calls. It also works great with our CRM system to track the phone calls and text messages. It has great admin side to see what all is going on with the system. It helps us get our calls answered.

Pros

  • It has great sound quality.
  • It has great flexible in routing the phone calls.
  • It is great a scheduling holidays and having messages for it.

Cons

  • Like to see when someone is on a phone call from the admin side.
  • It has help on ROI by making sure all the call are routed to the correct people to get the customer handled.
It was easy to implement. Was walked through each step to make sure each physical phone was working and that all the phone number where routed to the correct department.
It is good. Have been able to find all the different options that I needed to make the system work.
It work better and able to implement it faster.

It is great at setting up a phone system quickly and having phone numbers routed to the correct place. App works good was able to do a whole phone system with people only using the app to answer the phone calls. People was able to figure out the app and use it in a few minutes.
