Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
We primarily utilize the phone voip system. It helps us access our phone both in the office and while away as they have a mobile app that you can utilize as well. We are a medical office but not all of our team is in person so this helps with team efficiency.
Pros
- Ability to change call directory
- Automated features for voicemail
- Robust online system
Cons
- Customer service varies
- Some terms are quite tech heavy and not easily understandable as a non expert. Would love better descriptions
- Finding where/what you are looking for on the site can sometimes be confusing as names are similar
- When there are technical challenges, I wish there was more urgency and willingness from your team to help
- More intuitive admin experience from someone who is NOT a IT professional
- Has increased our return time to clients as system is automated
We really only use GoTo Connect for our phones, we do not use it to complete any meetings or messaging. We currently use alternative systems for those functions.
