Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

GoTo Connect has all but eliminated many of our telephone headaches from the past. Routing calls between departments is easily accomplished and with the purchase of the very affordable Yealink phones, we have been able to customize each users phones to their specific roles.

Pros

  • Automated attendant and call handling
  • Voicemail
  • Call appearance settings allow multiple users to monitor a single line

Cons

  • The desktop call app does not easily allow searching through misses calls.
  • The desktop app should be a standalone program that can be shrunk down on the computer screen for call monitoring.
  • Saved thousands by getting rid of in-house IP phone hardware/switches. Now everything is on the cloud. Just plug in a phone and you are up and running.
Very easy to get started.
Have not fully utilized the messaging capabilities yet.
Much more affordable and has everything that we need.
